Sticky: I need help

I’m doing a 50 mile ride in October to support cancer research. I know money can be tight these days, but if you can spare even $1, just click on the link below and follow the instructions. It’s really easy and you can pay by credit card or check.

Without getting into too many details, my own family has been touched by cancer and I know that many of you can relate through the experiences of your own family. So if you’re like me and have probably waited too long to help out a good cause, here’s your chance to do it. :)

Update: Some people have had trouble figuring out credit card donations… the trick is to click on the link and scroll all the way down to the bottom.

Update 8/3/05: Looks like I aimed a bit low. I had originally planned to bring together $500 for the cause but it appears that you all helped me reach that goal within a week of posting. A big thanks to all of you that took the time to donate even a single dollar. I’m now going to raise the bar and see if I can pull $1000 together by September 23. Do me a favor and pass this around to your friends, family, coworkers… even if they can’t help me, I’m sure they know someone who can.
