It’s time to reinstate the Punjabi Word of the Day and I need some help. Give me some suggestions on words to use as my friend Gunjan is in dire need of some Punjabi vocabulary. Case in point:

Gunjan: Sukhi called me a bas theek!!!!
Gunjan: what did she call me?
Neera: “not much, im fine”
Gunjan: how do i respond?

Need I say more?

Plural: phatte

Punjabi Word of the Day: Panga

Function: noun, verb
Usage: See below
1 : Risk.
2 : To stir up problems.
3 : To mess with something that probably doesn’t need to be messed with(something I do entirely too often).
4 : To start drama.

Usage:

1 : Hey baby, panga is my middle name.
2 : Why do stupid people like to start panga all the time?
3 : “….you’re the one who panga-ed with my clock!”
4 : Paul says, “Don’t start panga with me, I will destroy you.”
